Lithuanian activists demand to take the goods with Soviet symbols off Amazon, as Delfi reports.

“We think that Soviet symbols are the symbols of bloody crimes, which killed the same number of people as during Nazism period,” Giedrius Sakalauskas, the author of the initiative said.

He urged to spread a hashtag #WhyNotSwastika.

According to him, the action was initiated in Lithuania, which was joint by Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia.

Recently, a similar incident took place. World’s largest chain store Walmart suspended selling clothes with Soviet symbols under the request of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry.
